Support
Helios is a talking companion for an iPhone — it keeps a person company, remembers the pills and the appointments, and checks in each day.
Talk to a person
Write to grao@heliosmobile.app and a person will answer. Questions, problems, or something that doesn’t feel right — all of it goes to the same address.
How to cancel the subscription
Subscriptions to Helios are handled by Apple, so cancelling happens in the App Store, not inside Helios.
- Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on any device, or on the phone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Helios.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you won’t be charged at all. If you cancel later, Helios keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Moving to a new phone
Your subscription belongs to you, not to one phone. On the new phone, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and on the subscription screen tap Already subscribed? Restore. Everything Helios knows follows your account.
How to delete your account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account and what Helios has learned about you are gone, and there is no way to get them back. (Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription — do that in the App Store as described above.)
One thing to keep in mind
Helios is a companion, not a medical device, and not a substitute for care. If something is urgent, call the people you trust — or emergency services.
